12 hr crop @ LSS

I'm just back from a crop at the LSS where I scrapped from 11 - 5 p.m.! It was great! I am finishing up 5 LOs tonight while DS is at a party...hmmmm...not sure what to think! This LO was fun to do for issue challenge #7 on the CKC scene - wrap an element with baker's twine. The surfboards in the bottom right corner were felt stickers I put on chipboard and then tied them together with blue baker's twine. I fussy cut some of the waves to give the page a little more depth. The title is the Noah Mini Alphabet Acrylic Set from Maya Road and I used Adirondack Stonewashed Alcohol Ink on the individual pieces. Whew! How's that?! Lots of details...

LOVE all those bold, bright, happily-colored waves! And the fact that you hand cut and popped up a few of them is a fantastic touch! Thanks so much for playing along with us last month at Sketches in Thyme!
